REFUND & SHIPPING POLICIES:
Rosesnluv.com aims to deliver all the products with quality and at most care. Customer gift order is important to us to fulfill it and we make sure to reach the Gift to Recipient on special occasions.
Rosesnluv.com is involved in delivery of Gifts (Perishable & Non Perishable items) along with other Electronic items.
We make the best possible design of the cake and the actual cakes may vary from the website pictures displayed. Reason is very simple, as cakes are prepared by different chefs across India, each Chef has different style in making the cake and they try their best to bring the Cake Design as per the website picture shown.
– Cakes, and Sweets – We prepare Cakes and Sweets 3 hours before scheduled delivery time under hygienic conditions at our manufacturing unit.
– Dry Fruits and Chocolates are packed before 3 hours before scheduled delivery time from our warehouse.
– Ice Creams are packed in solid packaging containers before 3 hours from scheduled delivery date by our reputed vendors.
– Flowers & Bouquets – We arrange Flowers Stock on Daily basis, we want to send Fresh available flowers to Recipients. All the flowers Bouquets are delivered after performing Quality check by our Operations team.
Note : During Summers, flowers may look Black or shaded, as temperature in India is high there’s high chance for the flowers to loose their blossom.
We maintain branded and pure quality items at our warehouse. We aim to deliver the product as per the scheduled delivery time; also it depends on the local traffic, distance conditions.
Note : We expect our customers to place order atleast 12 hours before the scheduled delivery time. It allows us to prepare the product freshly.
Orders may be cancelled if the orders are received at last minute or less than 12 hours from the scheduled delivery time.
Cake designs may vary from location to location, however we attempt to prepare the similar design as shown on the website, but the design may vary from location to location since the chefs and the cake styles varies across the world.
We promise to deliver the same flavor which was chosen at the time of ordering the cake.

We don’t accept any returns post 10 day window period.
Our delivery is available from 6AM IST to 2 AM IST, we request our customers to place order atleast 12 hours before scheduled delivery time and we require this time to prepare, pack, ship and deliver the item to our customer.
We accept orders for Cakes and Sweets up to 8 PM IST. Orders received up to 8 PM IST will be delivered on same day; if the delivery date is scheduled later we can ship as per schedule date and time. (This policy subjected to availability of Cakes or Material)
If the items are shipped damaged / defective, customers are requested to contact our customer support team at [email protected] or through WhatsApp Chat so our team will provide the return address details along with the other required information to return the items.
Our Returns department will evaluate the type of defect and connect with our manufacturers to remove the defect from manufacturing plant.
Flowers:
Rosesnluv.com.com has tried its best to fit the Flowers pictures through its means of collections. Original product may vary from its color, size, shape. We attempt to make the product 80-90% as appears on website. However due to market circumstances, depending on flowers availability we may need to adjust with the available flowers and material.
Rosesnluv.com does not hold any responsibility for same items to be prepared, as it all depends on market availability.
In case if the error is completely from Rosesnluv.com (Shipped to incorrect address) a refund will be processed fully to customer original payment method used at the time of placing an order.
Refunds will be appearing on your bank account statement in 15 business days.
We arrange Flowers Stock on Daily basis, we want to send Fresh available flowers to Recipients. All the flowers Bouquets are delivered after performing Quality check by our Operations team.

Most of the products will be delivered atleast 30 minutes before or after actual scheduled delivery time and we don’t have any control on the actual or promised delivery time due to traffic and road situations.
Customers are requested to provide us with complete Delivery Address, including Recipient name, complete address, nearest land mark, recipient email address and phone number.
Delivery at Hotel / Hospital / Office address:
To deliver the gift items at Hotel / Office / Hospital address we need following information from customer while placing the order.
Name of Business unit (Hotel name / Hospital name / Office name)
Room number: If hospital / hotel delivery
Contact details of Hotel / Hospital / Office.
In case if no one is available to accept the order, we treat the order as completed. No refunds / other exceptions will be allowed.
Delivery of gifts at functions, convention centers:
We request our customers to provide us with the copy of invitation received, so we will be able to have a track of address, event Host details for successful delivery.
Redirecting / Changing Address:
Customer can request redirect / change of address before the package is shipped. Once the package is shipped out,Rosesnluv.com doesn’t have any chance to change the address in any circumstances.
Note: Redirect / change of address is only possible if the order isn’t shipped and we only accept to redirect to address only within Hyderabad & Secunderabad.
Delivery Attempt:
We don’t have the option to reship / reattempt delivery of Cakes, Sweets, Dry Fruits and Ice Creams at any point of time (As these are perishable items)
In any case if the delivery is not executed due to any reason, the customer shall still be charged for the order and no redelivery or refund will be made by Rosesnluv.com.
The order will be deemed executed and delivered in the following cases:
- Incorrect or Wrong address.
- Recipient not available at address / at scheduled delivery time.
- Premises Locked / Restricted.
- Incorrect phone number / unable to reach recipient / no reply from recipient
- Recipient refused to accept products.
- Delivery of the gift at Security place / Building incharge desk.
Rosesnluv.com isn’t responsible for the items left at security desk / building incharge desk. All the perishable items are hand delivered by our own delivery team.
We aim to deliver the products all the days including public holidays.
In case of Bandh / Strikes / curfews / Natural calamities like heavy rainfall, earthquakes or any other things which might impact the customer delivery will be rescheduled for delivery on next day.
However our Transport team will aim to deliver the products on time, but we don’t commit delivery on the above said impact conditions in delivery city.
Rosesnluv.com team maintains the record of Proof of Delivery of the Gift, by acquiring signature from the Gift Recipient.
Mid Night Delivery:
Our Delivery team will be engaged in delivery of Gift items up to 2 AM IST in the cities of Hyderabad and Secunderabad.
– Delivery of gift will be made before or after 30 minutes from actual scheduled delivery time.
– Rosesnluv.com cannot commit delivery on exact / accurate delivery time.
– Mid Night deliveries are made within the city limits of Twin Cities (Hyderabad & Secunderabad).
– Most of the Mid Night delivery orders are delivered for FREE of cost; we don’t charge anything for Delivery charges.
Cancellation of Orders:
Customer can cancel the order before one day of scheduled delivery date with the full refund.
If the Perishable items are undeliverable, due to above said cases No refund will be made in any circumstance.

Our support team is available 24 / 7 services on all days.
Cancellation of Order must be done at least 24 hours before, Cancellation in less than 24 hours may not guarantee in full refund, it depends on operation team on refunding the calculated amount. Cancellation charge fee may be from 30% – 80%
Shipping Policies:
Rosesnluv.com is bonded to ship all the items available on our website, but at times there might be backordered items which may cause delay in shipping the back ordered items. Most times backordered items will be available within 2 business days.
Our shipping Department will be sending order tracking status report to our customers, if any item is backordered.
All the products pictures available on our website are most similar to the products which we will deliver; there might be change in shapes, color, weight, design and sizes. Rosesnluv.com doesn’t take any responsibility with respect to Shape, Color, weight, design and size of the actual delivered item.
We ship the items as per customer order, we have no authority to change it when recommend by recipient or other party, unless the order is modified by original customer.
ROSESNLUV.COM doesn’t charge anything for delivery within in the city limits
As per customer’s interest we will deliver the items in suburbs of the State and we will charge extra delivery charges to ship the items to delivery location.
Video Call at Delivery :
Currently Video Call at Delivery is only available for orders within Hyderabad area only. As we are in the process of testing the project.
Any orders placed outside Hyderabad for Video Call at delivery shall be refunded back to customer.
New Year Cake Deliveries :
Due to Heavy flow on New Year orders starting from December 30 to January 2, we are not able to make customized or Designer cakes.
Cake orders to be delivered on December 31 and January 1 cake models may vary from website picture, color, size and display.
Valentine’s Orders :
Deliveries scheduled on February 14, will be delayed, we may not guarantee exact delivery time.
Orders will be processed as per Logistics planning depending on the item availability.
We request our customers to preach patience with us and support us today.
Celebrity Surprise Wishes:
This concept is launched to entertain or send wishes from your favorite celebrities. You can select the preferred celebrity from the list on our website and you can place order.
We will check the schedule of celebrity and invite you for Zoom Application / Skype / Google duo for Live Video call purpose. However this purely depends on the availability of application used by Celebrity.
Live video call will be scheduled as per the timing confirmed by Celebrity based on their schedule.
In case if the celebrity is not available for Live Video call, we shall issue full refund to your account. Refund will appear in 5-7 business days from the date of issue.
